Task profile:

Management of the existing web shop environment:

• First level support

• Master data administration of users and locations

• Supplier connection and interface management

• Setup, management and backup of existing basic configurations

Data maintenance and reporting:

• Exploration, preparation and consolidation of master and order data from various data sources for internal data warehousing

• Creation/setup of BI reports and dashboards

What do we expect from you:

• Completed degree in an IT field or comparable training

• Fluent English skills (spoken and written)

• Basic knowledge and understanding of the current Microsoft cloud system landscape

• Advanced knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially in Excel formalism

• In-depth understanding of relational data structures and their structure

• Creativity in the development and handling of new technical application concepts to be implemented

• Structured, solution-oriented and planning-safe way of working

• Conceptual and analytical mindset

• Ability to familiarize yourself with new application concepts and architectures
