Job profile:

• Manage project procurement in guiding and providing value engineering of specifications, budget analysis including price review and price negotiation with suppliers.

• Coordinate the entire FF&E procurement plan from purchase orders to goods deliveries and payments.
  Be the point of contact for the project on procurement related issues.

• Support the interior designer team and client during the design to budget process to ensure value for money and fit for purpose.

• Identify optimal supply partners to save costs and improve performance in terms of quality and schedule.

• Develop the FF&E procurement and project management strategy in line with client requirements.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in FF&E/OS&E supply chain, logistics and procurement.

• Proven experience in managing FF&E projects from start to finish.

• Ideally experience in delivering international projects in the hospitality industry.

• Knowledge of project management processes.

• Experience in delivering construction management is an advantage.

• Extensive experience in FF&E and OS&E.
