You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, login to the webshop, and provide information on the current status of inquiries

You are the interface between colleagues and customers/suppliers

Communication via ticketing system, telephone and email are an essential part of your work

You ensure smooth processing and successful resolution of our customers' inquiries

You have strong communication skills in German and English, both in writing and on the telephone

You have good MS Office knowledge
