Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

Job profile:

  • You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, login to the webshop, and provide information on the current status of inquiries

  • You are the interface between colleagues and customers/suppliers

  • Communication via ticketing system, telephone and email are an essential part of your work

  • You ensure smooth processing and successful resolution of our customers' inquiries

What we expect from you:

  • You have strong communication skills in German and English, both in writing and on the telephone

  • Your actions are always customer and service oriented

  • You have good MS Office knowledge

  • You work carefully, independently and in a solution- and goal-oriented manner
