Stephanie Horn
Stephanie’s responsibilities are focused on the financial oversight which includes maintaining a healthy financial position and meeting the statutory financial obligations of our Hotels, thus ensuring a sustainable cash flow management. Further, her responsibilities include ensuring professional reporting lines, which is essential to measuring the hotel’s performance. Stephanie is serving in parallel also as our CFO of Seminaris Hotel Group Before joining our group, Stephanie held various financial manager position in Hotels and Groups such as Steigenberger for 6 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts – Tourism Industry.

Jochen Swoboda
Jochen’s responsibility is the oversight of the operational hotel business activities which includes consulting and advising the operational teams in the various business decisions, utilizing his strong operational track record Before joining our group Jochen was a successful Hotel manager for 11 years for various brands such as Vienna House and Holiday Inn. During his career he accumulated business knowledge also as DOO in Adlon Holding or in the F&B department of Intercontinental Hotel. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Psychology. Jochen is serving in parallel also as our CEO of Seminaris Hotel Group.
